Job Description: Education Program Director - Radiologic Technologist Program, Bohecker College - Cincinnati, OH Campus.
We are seeking a Program Director to oversee and manage the implementation of our Radiologic Technologist education program at the campus listed above. This is an existing, proven training program offered at a number of our campuses - only driven candidates who love challenge need apply.
Requirements:
- Masters degree.
- Certification by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists and state licensure.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in clinical
practice and prefer two (2) years experience as an
instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
- Knowledge of current JRCERT accreditation procedures is preferred.
- Develop, implement, integrate, and evaluate the
curriculum of the Radiology Technician program in
accordance with the School’s Mission, Vision, and
Core Values and in compliance with JRCERT
accreditation standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, evaluation, and revision of
the curriculum and program policies.
- Perform necessary functions to obtain and maintain
program accreditation through JRCERT.
- Identify qualified personnel for clinical and
didactic instruction, supervise performance, and
assist in professional development.
- Identify and acquire clinical affiliates necessary
to support program clinical competencies.
- Facilitate quality communication among the School,
clinical affiliates, professional organizations,
and the community.
- Serve as the primary instructor for select
professional courses.
- Chair the Radiology Admissions and Advisory
Committees and serve on other School committees as
appropriate.
- Assist in student recruitment and academic
advising/mentoring.
- Participate in professional and scholarly
activities.
