Job Title: CT Technician Company: Underwood Memorial Hospital Location: Woodbury, NJ Description: We are currently seeking a CT Technician.  This position is full time, working Thursday 7pm-7am and Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm.  This individual will perform a variety of CT examinations at an acceptable technical level.  Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology, 3-5 years as a CAT Scan Technician, ARRT certified, CT certified, BLS certified and current NJ state license are required.

Job Title: Cat Scan Tech - Full Time - Midnights (M-F) with rotating weekends Company: Location: Detroit, MI Description: Under general supervision and following established procedures, operates specialty Cat Scan imaging equipment to obtain quality images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Gathers necessary patient information and maintains examination records. Performs other duties as required to ensure optimal patient flow through the department and efficient use of equipment. May perform the duties of a Radiologic Technologist, as needed.

Job Title: CT Technician (3313) Company: STG International Inc. Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Description: 3313 Job Description STG International is currently seeking a PRN/Casual CT (Computed Tomography) Technician to support services at DeWitt Army Community Hospital in Ft. Belvoir, VA. This person will work on an as needed basis to fill in for vacant shifts. Shifts that could require coverage are as follows: 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday - Sunday  Responsibilities will include the following: Perform diagnostic CT services to patient of all ages upon referral.  Serves as a medical team member on assigned shift.  Responsible for direct patient care.  Coordinates with intra and inter disciplinary medical team members in total patient care activities. The technologist must be able to initiate emergency measures and notify physicians when necessary. Maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records in accordance with [IAW] AR 40-60.  Medical records will be subject to review by the Medical Care Evaluation Committee, Quality Assurance Committee, and designated representatives of the Commander, U.S. Army Medical Department Activity. Independently performs routine CT studies involving: head, C-spine, T-spine, L-spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities.  Reviews CT for quality, contrast, density, detail, and adequate demonstration of anatomy and positioning. Receive patients, explains methods of procedures, position patients and transfer patients by Department policy.  Selects and sets the technical factors, sets-up and adjust accessory equipment required and makes images necessary for the requested procedures in accordance with the Department of Radiology policy. Performs procedures as ordered to assure that adequate safeguards are maintained and recognize changes in equipment.  Recommends methods to prevent unsafe hazards. Properly label films, anatomical part and position of anatomical part in a plane when applicable, in accordance with Department’s Policy. Properly affixes the patient’s identification data on all appropriate films in accordance with Department’s Policy. Continually monitors patient’s conditions for potential medical or life threatening crisis.  Maintain professional competency involving clinical skills and knowledge through participation in professional CT organizations, self-directed journal reading, and attendance at in-service and continuing medical education. Shall adhere to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) standards for Radiologic Technologist, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization and other applicable standards associated with providing Computerized Tomography care. Shall comply with the Department of Radiology administrative policies, which will be available for review in the Department of Radiology.  Shall comply with radiation protection measure by wearing radiation film badge when on duty in accordance with the Army Regulation 40.14, Control and Recording Procedure for Occupation Exposures to Ionizing Radiation Therapy Service in the Department Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual. Certificates shall be maintained in a current status at all times while performing services under this contract.  If at any time during the contract, contract employee does not renew any of the required certifications prior to the expiration date; he/she will not be allowed to work.  This expense shall be borne by the contract employee. Maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records in accordance with [IAW] AR 40-60.  Medical records will be subject to review by the Medical Care Evaluation Committee, Quality Assurance Committee, and designated representatives of the Commander, U.S. Army Medical Department Activity. Job Title: PRN MRI/CT Technologist Company: Location: Sarasota, FL Description: PRN MRI/CT Technologist needed for busy multi-center outpatient diagnostic imaging company. Must be Florida State and ARRT certified. Local travel between centers and flexible hours are a must. A minimum of five years working experience and applicant must be able to perform all routine MR/MRA & CT/CTA exams. Familiarity and experience with Philips equipment, along with cardiac MR/CT, arthrograms, virtual colonoscopy and 3D reconstruction is preferred.
