Captures test data for physician's review while compiling doppler information, technical data and hardcopy references Artifacts are differentiated from the normal or pathological process and electronic equipment limitations are recognized. Images are properly labeled and marked with patient's name and number and images are processed appropriately for physician review. Consults with cardiologist, supervisor and/or physicians regarding exams as necessary. Assists physicians with other tasks necessary to ensure the best care of the patient. Follows departmental/hospital policy, procedures and protocols at all times. 2. Returns the patient to the appropriate area and prepares the room for the next study to decrease patient turn around time and increase patient satisfaction. Restocks and maintains assigned work area/equipment in an orderly and neat fashion. Organizes and plans activities relating to patient's procedures for assigned area.
