Assist in preparation of echocardiography materials for case conferences, CQI meetings, research, and educational presentations. 5. Assist in training hospital residents, students and technologists from other institutions as directed. 6. Perform electrocardiograms and treadmill tests as needed.7. Responsible for CPT-4 coding procedures and ICD-9 diagnoses for patients under cardiologists guidelines and enter codes into EPIC ina a timely manner. 8. This individual assists in obtaining demographic information, referrals and copies of insurance cards for billing purposes. 9. Participate in daily accuracy of billing checks.10. Will assist in scheduling patients for echocardiograms as needed.
