Performs Quality control procedures and radiation safety activities at the direction of the Lead Nuclear Technologist. Participates in regular Q/A meetings.               1.   Performs all manner of Nuclear tests following established protocol.             2.   Ensures that all regulatory and radiation safety policies and procedures are       adhered to. Provides training and orientation for new employees. Provides       regular radiation safety review inservices for all clinical Staff.             3.   Participates in regular meetings with the Lead Nuclear Technologist, Medical       Director of Nuclear Services and the Director of Clinical Services to   develop, review, and implement systems, policies, etc.                   4.   Maintains an orderly and efficiently run lab routine.                   5.   Investigates complaints, issues raised by patients, physicians, or other offices.       Takes appropriate action within limits of authority.             6.   Performs EKGs, MLET preps as needed.                   7.   Performs other related departmental duties which may be inclusive but not       listed in job description.
