Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist

A leading critical access hospital located in northern Maine is now seeking an experienced Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This location services a community of nearly 20,000 residents and offers a variety inpatient, outpatient and emergency care services. The specialty services offered include family medicine, pain management, obstetrics, pediatrics, internal medicine, urology, podiatry, surgical services, diagnostics, and rehabilitative care.

Reporting to the Radiology Manager, the Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist will utilize radioactive materials to diagnose and treat patient diseases. Responsibilities include offering safe storage and disposal of patient materials, prepares radioactive materials, administers material to patients, operates nuclear instruments, prepares information and test analysis for physicians, and serves as patient advocate.

What’s Needed to Succeed:

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist ARRT(N) or CNMT
• Prior working experience as a Nuclease Medicine Technologist
• Prior working experience is a plus!
