CT Tech

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our Imaging Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans of patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to produce accurate diagnostic images and maintain imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging procedures, ensuring proper positioning and image quality.
• Monitor and assist patients during imaging procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns.
• Ensure patient safety, following protocols to prevent radiation exposure.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and imaging results.
• Assist radiologists in reviewing images and obtaining additional views if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the imaging area.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current certification in CT from a recognized board (e.g., ARRT).
• Strong knowledge of radiographic and CT imaging techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a CT Technologist role.
• Familiarity with various CT machines and advanced imaging techniques.
