Job Description


We are a small residential remodeling company with a 30-year history and an established customer base. We do everything from small maintenance work for our customers to large residential remodels, specializing in service and quality.

Seeking one additional employee to join our team. Must be honest, dependable, and hard-working. You must take pride in your work and have good communication skills.

Ideal candidate would be an experienced jack-of-all-trades with experience in all aspects of home repairs and remodeling: Framing, plumbing (copper, pex, ABS), light electrical, drywall, painting, decks, fences, siding, installing cabinets, doors, windows, tile, flooring (vinyl, laminate, LVT), trim work, etc... The broader the skill set the better. We do a little bit of everything. Creative problem solving skills are a big plus. Would be expected to be the site lead on projects, working with one hard-working, dependable helper most of the time, General Contractor/owner is the 3rd laborer and can offer guidance, an extra pair of hands, and teaching when needed.

You would be expected to have your own vehicle and small tools, larger tools will be provided. Hours are generally 8-4:30 M-F, and we work almost exclusively within Seattle City limits. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
