PositionSummary

ASeniorData Center Operations Analyst is responsible for system monitoring, production batch monitoring, workload throughput as well as batch and system task abend recovery for internal and external client MVS / ZOS / VM/VSE environments.

+ 12 hour quad(3 on 4 off/4 on 3off)shifts (Nights and/or Days).

+ 16 weekrotation from front half to back half of week.

+ Weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and Holidaysrequiredas per Shift Schedule.

+ Occasional travel (approx10%) asrequiredto client site for knowledge acquisition of newbusiness.

Position reports toManager, Mainframe Operations.

Key Areas of Focus for this Role

+ Monitor and manage internal and external MVSzSeriesand VM/VSE environments to ensure production processing meets internal and external client agreed service levels and requirements.

+ High levelof interaction with internal and external customersrequireseffective and professional communication.

+ Complete daily shift turnover and customer checklists associated with assigned client environment. Along with written shift turnover, verbal turnover must befacilitated.

+ Thoroughly document deviations within companys designated Incident Management tool, reflecting clear and tangible details surrounding each incident.

+ Properly escalate all events or incidents that mayimpactour ability to meet agreed service levels.

+ Ensure system IPL, maintenance and backup processes are successfully performed according to predetermined schedule and per established procedures.

+ Ensure all operations related changes are properly documented and approved in companydesignatedChange Management tool prior to implementation. Follow-up and close completed changes with valid and meaningful data.

+ Adhere to company documented processing procedures for internal and external clients, as well as suggesting and requesting updates and improvements as needed to internal Operations SharePoint documentation repository.

+ Organize tasks to work independently.

+ Hands and feet support asrequired.

+ Performadditionalduties as assigned ordesignatedby Operations management.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Typically requires aBachelorsdegree and a minimum of10+years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience

+ 8+yearsexperiencein IT and withsystem monitoring.

+ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,andOutlook)

+ Strong written / verbal Communication skills

+ Designing skills

+ Analytical and Critical thinking skills

+ Ability torepresentEnsono in a professional manner to clients

+ Knowledge of mainframe (TSO, SDSF, TMS,QuickRef)and server scripts (read &codeMidrangeserver knowledge)

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is$60,000 to$92,000annually based on a full-time schedule.Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance,and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
