• Worksite Location: Madison, WI
• Contract Duration: 6 months + possibility to extend
• Compensation: $20.00-$24.50 per hour

What youll do as the PC Re-Imaging Specialist:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic network issues
• Image PCs to the load set and ensure proper setup and configuration
• Migrate user data to OneDrive and facilitate a smooth transition
• Utilize Tracktee for device acquisition and asset management
• Manage and resolve support tickets using Freshservice
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and issues
• Collaborate with a small onsite IT team and coordinate with other infrastructure/server teams as needed

What youll bring to the PC Re-Imaging Specialist role:

• 2+ years of previous experience
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
• Familiarity with PC imaging and deployment processes
• Experience with OneDrive for data migration and user support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across printers, common computer programs, and basic networking
• Experience using Freshservice or similar IT ticketing systems
