Clinic Floor Manager

The Clinic Floor Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining an environment of patient-focused care while managing efficient coverage and workflow on the floor. This is a working manager position and will support the training of new clinic staff while providing consistent, core value clinical guidance to all clinic staff throughout the day. This role will not have any administrative duties.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Comprehensive Clinic Learning, Team Leadership, Cross Training of Employees, Clinical Staff Progress Reports, Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Supplies Management, Physician Relationship Building, Clinical Operations Oversight, Patient engagement, Regulatory Compliance, Communication/Professionalism.
Education/Experience:
· 3-5 years Clinic Assistant experience with current CMA or CCMA.
· 1-year minimum management experience of a clinical team preferred, will consider other management experience.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Aptitude for resolving issues and conflicts that disrupt workflow as they occur.
· In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
