What You'll Do Perform routine microbiological testing on environmental samples, raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. Document and report test results in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and precise results. Assist in investigating microbiological issues related to product quality or contamination and recommend corrective actions. Update SOPs and work instructions for laboratory processes as necessary. Develop and implement new microbiological testing methods when needed. Maintain accurate lab records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GLP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Bachelor's in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant microbiology lab experience. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, GMP, etc.) and lab safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Strong time management, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
