Utilizes his/her technical abilities to simulate and/or deliver a course of radiation therapy as prescribed by a radiation oncologist. Has completed the senior therapist criteria and stays current with those requirements. Travels to multiple clinic sites on a regular basis, sometimes working at more than one clinic per day. Has a car, or other suitable mode of transportation, to travel between clinic sites. This position is expected to perform work at any Swedish radiation oncology facility either on a prescheduled basis or by floating.

Required qualifications:
- Graduate of a Radiation Therapy Technology program, accredited by the Joint Review Committee in Radiologic Technology
- Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
- Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- One of the following:
- Hired as a new graduate - up to 2 years experience as a Radiation Therapist AND 3 years of employment at the Cancer Institute, as a Radiation Therapist
- Hired with 2 years - up to 5 years experience as a Radiation Therapist AND 2 years of employment at the Cancer Institute, as a Radiation Therapist
- Hired with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist AND 1 year of employment at the Cancer Institute, as a Radiation Therapist
