On-Site Radiologist with Fluoro Experience $825K + $50K Sign-On 12 Weeks PTO Western NY

A private, physician-owned radiology group in Western New York is seeking a skilled On-Site Radiologist for a full-time 1099 opportunity. This high-paying position offers a mix of diagnostic imaging and fluoroscopic procedures with breast imaging experience highly preferred. The group values autonomy, collaboration, and quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities: Interpret 90110 mixed-modality studies per day (CT, X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.)
Perform 13 fluoroscopic GI procedures daily
Conduct breast imaging and procedures (ultrasound/stereotactic biopsies preferred)
Participate in a balanced weekend coverage schedule
Collaborate with a team of 8 radiologists in a collegial work environment
Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
Active or eligible for a New York State medical license
Completion of an accredited radiology residency
Fellowship in Body or Breast Imaging preferred (not required)
Prior experience with fluoroscopic GI studies required
Working Hours: Full-time schedule (1099 contractor)
On-site presence required
Hybrid flexibility possible depending on the workflow
Balanced weekend and call schedule
12 weeks paid time off
Skills: Strong diagnostic radiology interpretation across multiple modalities
Proficiency in GI fluoroscopy
Competence in breast imaging and procedures (preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy in image reading and reporting
Effective communication with referring physicians and team members
Team-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality care
