Requirements MRI Technologist - (MRI Tech) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 E Pay Rate: $2097.00 - $2181.00 MRI Tech needed asap for 13 weeks Perform a range of MRI procedures, including but not limited to: Brain MRI/MRA, Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic, Face, Parotids, and Carotids Chest, Orbits, MSK MRI procedures Abdomen MRIs (e.g., Liver, Kidneys, MRCP) Pelvis MRIs, Whole Body, and Breast Imaging Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely imaging. Maintain and operate MRI equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications: Required: Minimum 1 year of MRI procedure experience. Certification in ARRT (MRI) or equivalent. Current BLS Certification. Preferred: Proficiency in additional imaging modalities (e.g., CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction). Experience with various documentation systems like EPIC or Cerner. Familiarity with advanced MRI techniques, including Perfusion and Spectroscopy. Required Qualifications MRI Technologist, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Experience: 1 year Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); MR-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 1 Reference in entire work history ACLS*, ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS Abdomen and Pelvis Abdomen Female Pelvis Male Pelvis Work Settings Adult Outpatient Head and Neck Brain Face/soft tissue neck Chest Breast Chest Spine Cervical Lumbar Thoracic Special Imaging Procedures CINE (Cerebrospinal fluid flow study)* Diffusion (non-brain) Gradient Echo Imaging Image post-processing (Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction) Maximum intensity projection (MIP) Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) Perfusion Peripheral Magnetic resonance angiography (Iliac, runoff)* Spin Echo Images Surface Coils T-1 Weighted Images T-2 Weighted Images Musculoskeletal Hip/bony pelvis Knee Shoulder Equipment PACS Siemens Professional Knowledge and Skills Preparation and/or administration of contrast media Starting Peripheral IVs Required: Minimum 1 year of MRI procedure experience.
