• Accurately review physician orders, verify patient identification, and gather pertinent medical history prior to exams.
• Provide detailed instructions to patients and create a supportive, reassuring experience during imaging.
• Operate cutting-edge CT imaging systems and ensure all protocols comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and fellow imaging staff to provide accurate diagnostic results.
• Document procedures accurately in PACS/RIS systems and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain CT imaging safety standards, ensuring patients and staff are screened and protected appropriately.

• ARRT certification in Radiography with CT specialization.
• Rhode Island state licensure as a radiologic technologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital and clinical environments.
• Physical capability to assist with patient positioning, transfers, and equipment operation.

• Two or more years of clinical CT experience.
• Strong PACS/RIS knowledge and comfort with digital imaging systems.
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a supportive team.
• Excellent communication skills to balance technical demands with compassionate patient care.
