MRI Technologist

MRI Technologist at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 80-hour, Variable shifts.

Additionally, our Rehab Center is nationally ranked by UDSMR and accredited by CARF for outstanding rehabilitation programs.

Under general direction performs a variety of magnetic resonance procedures at a skilled technical level requiring the ability to apply MRI physics for diagnosis. Performs related work as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging or
• Upon hire: National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Radiological Technology. or equivalent educ/experience
• Coursework/Training: MRI Certification or equivalent educ/experience
  • Approved A.M.A. program.
• California Radiologic Technologist License (CRT)
