Job Description:

• Assists with onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing competency assessment of technologists and new hires.
• Supports leadership in performance management through the talent care process, performance reviews, and providing coaching opportunities for team member development.
• Collaborates with radiologists, leadership, and other departments to facilitate timely and coordinated imaging services.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives, including image quality audits, repeat analysis, and process improvement projects.
• Ensures proper equipment functionality and coordinates preventative maintenance.

Bachelor'sAmerican Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Technologist - Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$31.55 - $58.69
