Radiology Technologist - Special Procedures - Full-time - Day

About the Role We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team. In this role, you'll perform diagnostic radiographic proceduresincluding special and interventional studieswhile ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care. You'll work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent service across all age groups. What You'll Do Perform X-rays and special imaging procedures using proper techniques and safety protocolsOperate radiographic equipment and administer contrast media as neededCommunicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and reduce anxietyAssist with sterile and interventional procedures, including vascular studiesMaintain exam rooms, manage supplies, and support scheduling for optimal workflowUphold HIPAA, safety, and compliance standards at all times Check out our employee perks here! What We're Looking For ARRT certification (required)Louisiana Radiographer License (required)Training in interventional/special procedures (preferred)Strong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to patient safety and continuous improvement Physical Requirements Light physical work: frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)Ability to work at a steady pace and manage multiple tasks Why Join Us?
