Familiarity with safety protocols, quality assurance, and charting systems. Effective communication and teamwork skills. CPR certification (required or willingness to obtain). Key Responsibilities: Administer prescribed radiation treatments to oncology patients following safety regulations and provider orders. Verify treatment plans and machine settings before each procedure. Maintain detailed records of procedures, dosages, and patient responses to therapy. Monitor and support patients before, during, and after treatment sessions, addressing questions and concerns. Maintain cleanliness, order, and calibration of radiation equipment. Work collaboratively with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to optimize patient care and treatment accuracy.
