What You Can Expect: Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, 8:30 AM-7:45 PM, plus one rotating 4-hour weekday/weekend administrative shift Technology: Siemens 3T (Skyra) and Siemens 1.5T (Aera) MRI systems Oversee daily MRI operations, including general imaging, orthopedics, advanced neuro, research, implant/device scanning, and cardiac MRI Ensure adherence to imaging quality standards, safety protocols, and departmental policies Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements Promote a positive team culture while supporting efficient, high-quality operations Provide leadership for the MRI department, including staffing and scheduling, onboarding and orientation, staff development, counseling, and continuing education Serve as the on-site supervisor during evening hours and/or when the manager is absent Minimum Qualifications for this Role: Education: Bachelors' degree or experience in lieu of degree Experience: 3 years' relevant experience Licenses/Certifications: Must have current registry in one medical imaging modality. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
