This 13-week travel assignment features weekday evening shifts (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM11:30 PM, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week), offering work-life balance and time to enjoy local wonders during your downtime.
In this pivotal imaging role, you will:
- Operate a Toshiba Aquilon 64 slice scanner under the direction of experienced radiology leadership.
- Perform computerized tomography procedures, including those of an invasive nature.
- Position and instruct patients, ensuring their comfort and optimal imaging results.
- Determine appropriate technical factors for each exposure and ensure accurate marking and labeling of all films.
- Deliver high-quality, safe patient care in line with established standards.
- Be available for on-call duty as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved AMA-accredited school of Radiology; ARRT registration required.
- Solid grasp of cross-sectional anatomy.
- Minimum two years of diagnostic experience preferred.
- Adept at safely handling moderate to heavy physical tasks (lifting, reaching, transferring, pushing equipment and patients as outlined).
- Excellent computer, judgment, and decision-making skills appropriate to the radiology field.
