CT Radiologic Technologist, Full Time

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.

2. Training and Experience: Certification by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists in Radiography Technology and/or CT Technology. Prior experience preferred; extensive on the job training.

3. Job Knowledge: Ability to operate CT equipment; manage patients during radiology procedure; have knowledge of exams using contrast agents. Knowledge of radiographic equipment, radiation safety; flexibility to work overtime as needed as well as on-call duty and disaster work as required by workload and /unforeseen circumstances; must display a good understanding of age-related developmental issues of Neonate, Infant, Child, Adolescence, Adult and Geriatric follow oral and written instructions; communicate with patients, visitors and employees within the organization.

4. Safety Sensitive: YES

In the interest of protecting the health and safety of all patients, associates, and guests, Unity Health has classified some positions as safety sensitive. A safety sensitive position is any job position in which impaired performance could result in harm to the health and/or safety of self or others.
