The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc 15% differential in lieu of benefits Additional shift differentials to recognize and reward you for taking on hardertofill shifts: Evenings: +$3.50/hr Nights: +$5.00/hr Weekends: +$1.00/hr What You'll Do Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for MRI exams Manage your workflow and assist with basic clerical tasks Review imaging history, labs, and patient information to ensure highquality results Collaborate with physicians to select appropriate exams Guide and support patients before and after their procedure Adjust imaging techniques based on patient needs and findings Operate MRI equipment and follow all quality and safety standards Follow ACR MRI safety guidelines Provide training to colleagues or students as needed Carry out duties appropriate to your role and licensure What You Bring Education Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent education and/or experience as required for obtaining certification/license/registration as required by State for clinical practice Experience 1 year of experience preferred Skills & Competencies Ability to provide ageappropriate care Venipuncture skills Strong knowledge of MRI terminology, procedures, physiology, and anatomy Ability to use MRI software and computer applications PACS/RIS experience Credentials ARRT certification in Radiography, MRI, Sonography, Nuclear Medicine, or ARMRIT ARRT (MR) within 6 months of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) Your WellBeing Matters Even in a per diem role, PeaceHealth offers support to help you thrive: 403(b) retirement plan for caregiver contributions Wellness resources and tools Employee discounts and programs Expanded mental health and EAP services Ready to Join Us?
