Facility: Novant Health Imaging South Asheville Location: 1815 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC 28803 (base location, mammography coach will travel up to an hour and a half from the facility) Position Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4x10 Responsibilities We are seeking a Mobile Mammography Technologist to join our team. This team member will be responsible for operating mobile mammography units, performing mammograms, and ensuring high-quality imaging services to patients in various locations. This role requires excellent patient care, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a mobile setting. Operate mobile mammography equipment to perform high-quality mammograms Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on equipment Travel to various locations as required, including community centers, workplaces, and healthcare facilities Educate patients about the mammography process and answer any questions they may have Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT certification in Mammography (M) required Completed required CEU's in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active Active state licensure, where applicable Prior Experience: 0 to 2+ years of experience as a Mammography (M) Technologist Special Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mobile mammography units Company Message About MedQuest Imaging Founded in 1996, MedQuest is one of the most experienced outpatient imaging providers in the United States. Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program

ARRT certification in Mammography (M) required

Completed required CEU s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active

Active state licensure, where applicable

Prior Experience:

0 to 2+ years of experience as a Mammography (M) Technologist

Special Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must have a valid driver s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel
