Become a vital part of a hospital team in Springfield, OR as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will perform diagnostic CT procedures, administer contrast materials according to physician orders, operate CT equipment, and follow departmental protocols to provide timely imaging services to both inpatients and outpatients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience. Travel experience required for travel submissions; local applicants may not be accepted.
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification for CT or general radiography with CT competency.
- State licensure as a radiographer where required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency in routine diagnostic CT procedures including head, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and CT-guided biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Knowledge of CT system processing, contrast media administration, cross-sectional anatomy, and sterile/surgical procedures as applied to imaging.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospital radiology environments, including OR imaging, portable radiography, and C-arm procedures.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Nights.
- Weekends and call required.
- Must have at least 2 years of CT experience and prior travel experience for travel submissions.
- May be expected to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
