Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an **Ophthalmic Sonographer** to join a leading healthcare organization in Palo Alto, CA. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity in a specialized eye clinic where you'll play a key role in delivering precise, high-quality diagnostic imaging to support patient care. **Schedule** Day Shift | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week | Full-Time **What You'll Do** + Perform ophthalmic ultrasound procedures and ensure accurate, high-quality imaging + Explain procedures to patients and provide a supportive, patient-centered experience + Monitor patients during exams and communicate any concerns to appropriate staff + Maintain accurate and complete documentation of imaging and patient records + Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and departmental procedures + Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning + Maintain equipment, perform safety checks, and report any issues + Support workflow efficiency, including scheduling coordination and documentation review **Pay** The anticipated wage for this position is between $86 and $90. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **What We're Looking For** + Experience in ophthalmic or diagnostic medical sonography + Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging techniques, and patient positioning + Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety + Strong communication and patient care skills + Experience with clinical systems and documentation workflows **Licenses & Certifications** + ARDMS - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography + BLS - Basic Life Support + ARRT and CRT certifications (if applicable/preferred) **Benefits** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits.
