Computed Tomography Technologist Travel Job

Become a vital part of a hospital-based radiology team in Winchester, VA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret physicians' scanning instructions, administer contrast materials according to protocol, and operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. You will document procedures in the electronic medical record and collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to support patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent education.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography with CT eligibility.
• Current BLS certification (AHA accepted only).
• Active state radiologic technologist license for Virginia.
• Experience using Epic electronic medical record preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a hospital CT or acute care setting.
• Experience performing portable or mobile CT consultations.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: Wednesday through Saturday, 7:30 PM 6:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts covering nights).
• Weekend requirement: Every Saturday.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
