Cardiovascular (Dual) Sonographer (2543) Heartland - Webb Main - Wichita, KS 67226 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level Associates Degree Travel Percentage None Category Other Positions Apply Description Cardiovascular (Dual) Sonographer | Heartland Cardiology | Wichita, KS US Heart and Vascular is in need of a full time Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our team at Heartland Cardiology in Wichita, KS. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform echocardiography and stress echocardiography. Perform vascular testing. Retrieve patient from waiting room and obtain necessary vital signs. Prep patient, provide patient instruction and perform tests. Obtain post-exercise images and process reports. Identify pathology and obtain appropriate measurements and/or additional views to assist in interpretation. Carry out the immediate requests of all physicians. Provide supervisor accurate and timely information regarding patient care issues that cause concern. Inform supervisor regarding needed repairs on departmental equipment. Other duties as requested or assigned. Requirements, Skills and Abilities: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology Minimum of one year experience preferred but not required. New grads are encouraged to apply. Credentialed or eligible for certification in Echocardiography (RDCS or RCS) and Vascular Technology (RVT or RVS) Current BLS/CPR certification Why choose us?
