Technologist Assistant - MRI

MRI | Beavercreek | Full-time | First Shift

Responsibilities:

• Technologist Assistant serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team and is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered technologist.
• The tech assistant will perform technologist care skills that have been delegated by the supervising technologist, as well as escorts/transports patients to/from nursing units and diagnostic areas safely with respect for confidentiality as assigned.
• Correctly identifies patients, recognizes their limitations and obtains additional information and assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school/G.E.D

Position will assist MRI technologist in walking patients in and out of the MRI suite, assist with changing patients into gowns, stocking rooms, and other tasks to assist with workflow. Position is Monday-Friday and may rotate to KH Greene Memorial if needed.
