NEW Lead Mammography Tech - Full-Time Days Houston Area | Permanent Placement | Relocation Assistance Available We are seeking an experienced Lead Mammography Technologist to join a high-performing outpatient imaging team focused on excellence in patient care, advanced imaging services, and leadership within diagnostic imaging. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting department operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring imaging quality standards are consistently achieved. Responsibilities: Perform advanced mammography imaging procedures Support daily department workflow and operational coordination Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for imaging staff Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Assist with process improvement and patient experience initiatives Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional patient care Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Minimum 5 years of Mammography experience in an acute care hospital or ambulatory setting Texas Medical Board License (MRT) ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R) ARRT Mammography Certification (ARRT-M) BLS or ACLS Certification Ideal Candidate: Experienced Mammography Technologist seeking leadership growth Strong communication and team collaboration skills Passion for high-quality patient care and imaging excellence Comfortable mentoring staff and supporting departmental operations Apply today to learn more about this exciting leadership opportunity in diagnostic imaging.
