Part-Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET/CT

What You'll Do as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET/CT

As a PET/CT Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will work alongside our Cardiac RN or Cardiac Stress Technologist at client facilities. Reporting to the Regional Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of PET/CT imaging equipment while delivering high-quality diagnostic images and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Operate PET/CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images

Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after imaging procedures

Administer Rb-82 isotope doses in accordance with established protocols

Maintain hot lab operations and ensure proper handling of radiopharmaceuticals

Ensure all imaging procedures meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Comply with all State of New Jersey, OSHA, and radiation safety regulations

Support physicians and clinical staff during imaging procedures

Qualifications

Required:

Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification in good standing

Active New Jersey State Nuclear Medicine License

X-ray certification or Fusion CT certification required

CPR and BLS certification

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical

Valid driver's license
