As part of our patient-centered, quality-focused Department of Radiology, youll practice across a full range of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and interventional services. With advanced imaging technology and a diverse patient population, we offer a rewarding opportunity in the heart of Brooklyn. Your core responsibilities: As a key member of our cohesive IR team, you'll perform minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that reduce risk, pain, and recovery time for patients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of interventions, including angiography, stenting, thrombolysis, embolization, radiofrequency ablation, and biopsies.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, referrals, follow-up, and counselling alignment with TBHC standards
- Review imaging promptly, obtain relevant history, and ensure clear, timely documentation in the EMR
- Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA protocols, and report any concerns proactively
- Participate in after-hours call coverage, departmental meetings, and continuous quality improvement efforts
- Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and support teams in a respectful and team-based environment
- Contribute to teaching and mentorship by working with residents, fellows, and students; attend CME programs; and help refine clinical protocols
- D or D.O with active New York State medical license
- Completion of IR fellowship/residency training at an ACGME-accredited institution
- ABMS Certified or Eligible in Radiology; ACLS and BCLS certifications
- At least 3 years of post-residency/fellowship experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven commitment to patient-centered care, with strong outcomes and high patient satisfaction
