Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

6 months of travel experience is required.

Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >45 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TRS Program - Southwest Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: TRS Program - Southwest Medical Center.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Travelers are advised to look into housing prior to application due to availability.

Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend on call or working.

Special request requirements: HCP will take a drug screen on site as part of FDI and a DS is required as part of the compliance items to be cleared as well. Must list mileage on submission packet.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
