Nuclear Med Technologist - Levittown, PA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts with varied start times: 6:30am3:00pm, 7:00am3:30pm, 8:00am4:30pm, and 8:30am5:00pm

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N)
• Active, current state credentials as required for Nuclear Medicine practice
• Minimum of one year recent experience performing diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures
• Proficiency with current nuclear medicine imaging equipment, including SPECT and PET
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments and varied shift schedules

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to physician orders
• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Monitor patient well-being throughout procedures, adhering to established safety protocols
• Accurately document imaging results and maintain detailed patient records
• Ensure compliance with all institutional policies and relevant health and safety standards
• Assist with quality assurance and control activities within the imaging department
• Provide clear communication and compassionate care to all patients
