As a nuclear medicine travel professional, you'll deepen your clinical skills with advanced nuclear cardiology studies, including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT, while collaborating with experienced colleagues who encourage continuous learning and protocol optimization. Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position (specific schedule details provided during interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and expertise
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care, thoroughly explaining procedures and prioritizing comfort and safety
• Acquire/process diagnostic images, conduct daily quality control, and manage radio pharmacy operations per NYSDOH guidelines
• Document and manage all patient data in the eRecord CUPID system, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
• Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology to implement new technologies and enhance lab protocols
• Uphold values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence on every shift
• Contribute to unique studies, including SPECT blood flow, cardiac amyloidosis, hybrid SPECT resting, and PET sarcoid/viability studies

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
• At least 6 months of cardiac imaging experience
• Current NYS Radiologic Technologist License
• NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
