Minimum Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
AART (ARRT) Certification in Radiation Therapy.
Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required by Georgia.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty.
Current AHA BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a hospital or radiation oncology clinic setting.
Familiarity with common radiation therapy equipment and immobilization techniques.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts).
- Must be able to work in a hospital radiation oncology department and collaborate with oncology team members.
- May be expected to support multiple clinic areas as patient volume requires; floating to other nearby facilities is possible.

As a Radiation Therapist, you will operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment, verify treatment plans and dosage with the oncology team, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and document treatments to maintain accurate patient records.
