Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech - $2,439 per week in Tacoma, WA

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days M-F Hours per Shift: 0730-1630 Experience: 2 years License: WA License Certifications: BLS, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuc Med) - ARRT (N), Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCB-NCT) Must-Have: 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine Proficiency in starting IVs Experience with common imaging studies including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC and PACS systems including McKesson PACS and CVPACS Experience with GE and Phillips equipment Description: Candidates may not be employed in any facility associated within the past year. Client auto deducts the 1.5 WA state tax, which can be re-added. The department typically has three scanning rooms. Candidates will not be required to float or cover other areas. An average of 12 scans/studies is performed per day. Radiologists are in-house. Limited call requirements may be present. Scrubs are not provided; candidates should wear professional colors. Departments may cancel up to four shifts per assignment of 13 weeks duration. Holiday requirements may apply.
