Qualifications and Experience: Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field Current certification (ARRT or RCIS preferred) Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital setting Proficient in operating advanced cath lab imaging equipment Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and radiation safety protocols Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required Key Responsibilities: Prepare, calibrate, and operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations as necessary Maintain accurate procedural documentation and imaging records Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures Participate in the care and maintenance of cath lab equipment and supplies Support patient comfort and care before, during, and after procedures This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a high-demand specialty, working alongside dedicated professionals in the field of cardiovascular imaging.
