This contract position offers the opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art Cardiac Cath Lab, supporting a reputable hospital known for exceptional patient outcomes and a collaborative clinical team. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM STEMI Call rotation approximately 10-12 days per month Self-scheduling Qualifications: Active ACLS and BLS certifications required Extensive Cath Lab experience, including Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR Proficiency with procedures such as PCI, PFO, TAVR, Atherectomy, R/LHC, DCCV, TEE, Impella/IABP Hands-on familiarity with GE Innova equipment, MacLab and Meditech documentation systems Previous experience in fast-paced acute care settings Key Responsibilities: Prepare and operate Cath Lab equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures Assist cardiologists and the cardiac team in a 7-bed holding area, ensuring optimal patient ratios and seamless interdisciplinary care Adhere to hospital protocols and dress code (surgical scrubs provided by the hospital) Participate in department floating as needed to EP and stress labs Deliver skilled support during high-acuity cardiac procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of each patient Contribute to a team that values clinical excellence, celebrating recognition like DAISY and Sunflower awards Perks and Benefits: Work with experienced medical professionals and support staff Utilize advanced technology and newly updated equipment Flexible self-scheduling in a supportive, award-winning department Engage in a culture focused on quality care and staff wellbeing Take the next step in your career with a hospital recognized for cardiovascular care, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
