Dosimetrist- Radiation Oncology-Full Time At NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, our Radiation Oncology Department offers a comprehensive suite of cancer services in a comfortable environment, conveniently located for residents of Queens. We are currently seeking a skilled dosimetrist to join our expanding department. In this role, you will work in a patient-focused, high-tech setting with cutting-edge technology. Your responsibilities will include participating in the planning of patient treatments using the Eclipse planning system, performing image fusion with Velocity, conducting related planning reviews, and completing dosimetry calculations, among other tasks. This is a Full Time Position in Flushing, Queens. Required Criteria Bachelor's degree in Health Science or Physics Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Dosimetry Program. CMD certified or CMD eligible (must obtain certification within 2 years of hire date). Knowledge of Eclipse, RadFormation, Mosaiq, ARIA, and Velocity software preferred. Working knowledge of radiation treatment planning and dosimetry principles, including 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and SRS planning. Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
