Position Overview

The Contracts Manager, MI is responsible for the end-to-end contract lifecycle for vendor and customer agreements within the HCUS MI Business of FUJIFILM . The role will partner with Sales, Product Managers, Operations, Finance and Legal to drive efficient execution, policy compliance, and business outcomes. This role establishes and maintains standardized processes, templates, approval workflows, and performance metrics to accelerate deal velocity while mitigating risk. Candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and excel at cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues, implement process improvements, and ensure all agreements align with FUJIFILMs corporate policies and practices and are competitive.
