Cardiac Catheterization Technologist Poulsbo, Washington

An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Cath Lab Technologist in a well-equipped hospital setting. Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Active ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Must possess a WA DOH CVIS or RT credential and a current Washington State license
• Advanced knowledge of imaging procedures, protocols, and equipment used in a cardiac cath lab
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and patient safety

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, adhering to established protocols
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety at all times
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, providing assistance as needed to the medical team
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support the highest standards of patient care
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
