Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:- 1 year experience working as a CT technologist preferred.

Unit Details:- Performs emergent and routine diagnostic imaging with fixed and portable X-ray and CT.- Processes images in PACS, completes exams per radiologist protocols, and documents/charges in the EMR.- Schedules patients for X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, DXA, and Holter monitor appointments.- Assists patients with contrast media administration for CT exams.- Participates in equipment quality control, radiation safety, and patient safety activities.

Shift & Scheduling:- Mon-Fri schedule.- Weekend rotation and call rotation.- Holidays as required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

(R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)

CT (Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
