Cardiographic Technician Job in Honolulu, Hawaii

Ref #: M-TT-296683 Join a dynamic team in Honolulu, HI, as a Cardiac monitoring professional on a contract/travel assignment. This rotating-shift role starts ASAP and offers $1,488 for a 32-hour assignment. You'll work closely with nurses and providers to keep patients safe by continuously observing cardiac rhythms and responding to changes as they occur. What you'll do: Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and EKG tracings. Watch for arrhythmias and other cardiac changes and promptly report abnormal findings to nursing staff and providers. Apply, troubleshoot, and maintain telemetry equipment and leads to ensure uninterrupted monitoring. Keep accurate, timely documentation of telemetry data and patient events. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care. Adhere to safety protocols and patient confidentiality standards at all times. What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent. Current BLS certification. Completion of telemetry/monitor technician training preferred. Prior telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience preferred. Familiarity with cardiac rhythms and EKG interpretation. Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
