Become a vital part of a hospital team in Laconia, NH as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care. The position supports routine and advanced CT exams including stroke, pulmonary, dissection, and runoff imaging.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience preferred. Candidates with fewer than 2 years will be considered if other submission requirements are met.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent educational credential.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography with CT endorsement.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Active New Hampshire state radiologic technologist license or eligibility for NH licensure.
- Required experience with Siemens CT equipment.
- Required documentation at submission: up-to-date resume showing CT experience, skills checklist matching specialty, drivers license with matching address, and RTO (return-to-office) information if requested.
- Willingness to be considered as a local candidate (within 50 miles) or as a traveler. First-time travelers will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Cerner EMR and McKesson PACS preferred.
- Two or more years of CT experience preferred.
- Experience performing CTA protocols (stroke, pulmonary, dissection, runoff) preferred.
- Current AART certification preferred.
- Scrub attire: any color acceptable.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern varies; sample schedules include 7:00a7:30p and 9:00a9:30p rotations as listed by the client.
- May be asked to float to another nearby hospital campus as operational needs dictate.
- Department does not perform biopsy procedures, cardiac CT, calcium scoring, or low-dose lung CT.
