Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System - Twelve Clans Unity.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1-2 years of CT Training and Experience Required

Required Credentials:

Bachelors Degree in applicable field and 2 years of applicable experience, or combination of education and experience
applicants will comply with 45 CFR 1301, Subpart D, Section 1301.31, C and D, which require all prospective employees to sign a declaration prior to employment regarding all arrests and convictions of child abuse or violent felonies and to comply with PL 101-630 and PL 101-637 regarding criminal records check.

Shift & Scheduling: 12 hours shifts, 7 on 7 off. Holiday Coverage Required

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CT (Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography)
