Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Essential Responsibilities: Prepare imaging suites, calibrate IR equipment, and assist radiologists during a variety of interventional procedures. Ensure optimal patient care and safety throughout procedures, adapting protocols as necessary. Maintain meticulous patient documentation, ensuring compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot equipment and actively participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Educate and comfort patients and their families regarding procedure expectations and post-procedure care.
