Number of:

- RVUs: Ave. of 80-250 reads per day

- X-rays: 60-140

- CTs: 30-80

- Ultrasound: 10-30

- MRI: 5-20

Ave. wRVUs per 24-hr coverage block: 60-120

- Daytime routine: 40-70

- Evening ER-heavy: 60-100

- Overnight stroke/ED: 80-140

Nuclear Medicine/Misc: Variable

Duties:

- Interpret and dictate diagnostic imaging studies via DICOM

- STAT reads within 45 minutes; Stroke Protocol CTs within 30 minutes

- Routine reads within 24 hours

- Communicate critical findings directly to ordering physician

- Participate in peer review and QA processes

- Will service VISN 9 Medical Centers & their associated radiology service locations

Requirements:

Active & unrestricted license in any states

BC/BE in Diagnostic Rad and or Nuclear Med
