Variable 8hour weekday shifts

Compensation: $42.62 $60.17/hour (DOE)

Differential: Additional 15% in lieu of benefits

Our Family Medicine clinic is fastpaced, peoplefocused, and known for its welcoming team. Youll have plenty to do, steady patient flow, and the support of a care team that truly appreciates your skills.

What Youll Do

Youll handle:

• Getting exam rooms and equipment ready

• Reviewing patient history and previous imaging

• Performing standard Xray exams with safe, accurate positioning

• Communicating clearly and kindly with patients

• Adapting exams as needed based on patient condition

• Following radiation safety practices (including ALARA)

• Checking pregnancy status when appropriate

• Performing portable and occasional surgical Xrays

• Staying organized and documenting exams

• Assisting with general patient care tasks

• Supporting students or new team members as needed

What You Bring

Education

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Experience

• 1+ year of experience preferred

• Independent practice experience encouraged

• Ability to work with different patient ages

• Venipuncture skills

• Experience with PACS/RIS (ImageCast/CareCast preferred)

Credentials

• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license

• ARRT certification in Radiography

• BLS at time of hire

Skills

• Clear, respectful communication

• Strong organization and multitasking

• Comfort using office and imaging equipment
